Alternative for Google

Guys i have a problem with google... since i am too lazy to read their LAW.. i am not sure why i am getting bann from google.. my Gmail which i use to login to everything like:
Gmail, youtube, G+ etc.. is banned and what i am using the most is Youtube but everytime i try to login they saded : Your ID is Blocked to use Google stuff.. LOL??? how.. and why .. i didnt do anything anyway
long stoy short is there any Alternative Search website/Program or APP to search stuff whiout tracken my pc or something? no i dont like Yahoo and .. i dont know i dont need something new and safe like "privat mode" stuff
