Coaching is pretty bad its better to do self-analysis using vod reviews of good players. All that is discussed in coaching is pretty much common sense and watching players execute is much better.

just watch streamer , its better but you need to analyze there movement and why they did that not that, you can search for League of legends analyze pro games on YT

you should really check out the youtube channel Hitcap, it has great advice and tips about champions interactions and combos
