I want to to use as portable hardisk to install Windows 10 and PUBG lite. Kindly suggest me. Thank you.

Portable SSD would be a better choice since you would like to use Windows and play Games off of that.
However, your doubt is about External HDD.
I recommend Seagate or WD HDD with 7200 RPM.
