Just use MEE6, I think it has the nuke function in it. I haven't used bots in ages, so I might be wrong here

Bots are used for multiple purposes, from verifying to deleting messages to banning people automatically, they have multiple options. Now for nuke options, I think only dyno has it maybe

I don't think that's possible. Discord has a lot of rate limiting protocols in place which would stop the nuke in it's tracks if you were to try
