i love how everybody uses the wrong words and describes the wrong things on page
1. Lag is only internet, if you mean low fps that's called "low fps" (duh) or stuttering.
2. if you have real lag and not stuttering you should first try to change your DNS server, there are enough tutorials on youtube on how to do it
3. if that doesn't work, try using a vpn or extra services like WTFast or something similar

Best solution for lagging is spend money and build a new strong PC.

If your PC are potato, then set your games in low, or maybe try checking your graphics card if it's outdated. And maybe your RAM are low too.
