I don't think there should be aim assist because it would be too unusual and easy to detect.
I used apex paid cheat with a good aimbot/aimassist and it was never banned because i knew how to hide it from autodetection from apex

i used last cheat / search for it in epvp its expensive but its really good just dont make it 100% accuracy and you should be good, i used to have 60% recoil and some aim assist it was fine
