It depends on what you got caught for. You can test by making new acc. and seeing if you banned. HWID spoofers is the fix and ussually very cheap from most providers.

it probably is, make new account and try to play few games without cheats, if u get banned that means u got hwid banned.

I didn't play Apex for a long time and when I logged it on now; I saw my KD is above 12. And when I tried to find a match, the game says I'm banned even though I didn't play PC for a long time. Maybe there's someone who used or hacked my account and played matches there with hacks. So I created a new account, and I can still play. So it is not HWID Ban.
