Hello, i have the same problem as you but ive fixed it in 3 days ago... i fixed it by creating new account on discord and activating the overlay without changing the overlay settings at all then i check the game activity overlay and make apex legends overlay to toggle mode. Before injecting, i check that the overlay worked correctly and when i do found out it worked (discord overlay) i tried injecting the hack and yeah it worked...my problem was on the discord overlay and as of the bluescreen i had it too and how i fixed it is simple, i just disable riot vanguard anti cheat and faceit anti cheat too... i also managed to fixed my friends problem he had the same as me with my method. If mine not work, i suggest u too upgrade the windows version and install all redistruble/windows component. Also lastly make discord run as admin in compability setting (right click discord shortcut>properties>compabilities)
