I mean everyone has its own sensivity but its ok u should make ur own so if u miss ur mouse u can add u dpi and sens to ur new mouse.
When I play Apex Legends on PC, I always keep it at 4.5, which is slightly below the default setting. If you're playing on a console, the consensus seems to be that 5 is the best setting

I use DPI 1800, Sens 1. As others have stated you need to find your own settings that fits you because you might have a different desk space, even wrist mobility, etc.
