aliexpress graphics card usually has a different chip from the original graphic card so i wouldnt recomend buying there

They will all be scams just like wish a bunch of Chinese factories churn out cards using low spec components then they edit the BIOS so that the computer will think they are legit

Certainly not. It also might not have the best build components or architecture available on the market now. For instance, the going RAM standard for a graphics card in 2021 is DDR6/X. Most graphics cards you'll see on AliExpress will ship with DDR3, DDR4, and rarely DDR5 RAM architecture.
