I've always been a night owl, ever since I was a teenager. I find that I'm most productive and creative in the late hours of the night, and I enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with everyone else being asleep. However, I do try to maintain a healthy sleep schedule and make sure to get enough rest to avoid burning out.
