in my opinion, you should not use alcohol because it has a very bad effect on the body being "drunk" you can hurt someone and do something to yourself only when in my opinion you should be able to drink some dinner with your family or something

i used to do worse than alcohol , but im sober for almost 4 months now. super glad and blessed.
i hope you can get sober, why not ask your dr for help with sleep with some medication, instead of using alcohol, or better yet, get on good diet and healing.

I'm 22 years old I hate alcohol and I don't drink, here in Brazil since adolescence we are influenced by our family to drink, but I never liked it
