Unfortunately, to date, that is impossible my friend. When an account is banned it cannot be unbanned in any way. However you can spoof your gameloop and game to create a new account and start from 0.

if you were banned for no raeson then yes you can provide necessary information to pubg mobile support and if they think you have provided enough evidence that you got banned for no reason then they will unban your account but it is highly unlikely as i also got banned for 10 years and i have to wait the 10year mark aswell
