Is it safe to just restart the game (without restarting the hack pubg with hack running) sometimes game automatically stops during match.

No, If your game crash of exits then you must restart the gameloop.Inshort you have to restart the gameloop emulator otherwise hack will not work!

The game maybe run safely but not the cheat . It will not work until you restart gameloop and reload the cheat again.
