every hypercarry is good, i think vayne is the best. kog maw is great too but it is easy to get ban
Ashe and Ezeral.
Draven is also good. If you want a top laner, i heard that aatrox is completely broken with script

Imo disregard kog and other lethal tempo's tbh and draven is ok but u need the right settings, u cant just catch axes when u're not supposed to be (hard to configure correctly)
