It depends a lot , but i think in low elo , champions like:
Garen , ww , Master Yi , also Viego , something like this - but you should watch minimap a lot , because every 2 seconds somebody fights and in most cases your team is loosing hard ....

You dont solo just by playing X champ.
You solo by getting better at the game.
That shouldnt be your focus tho. You should learn the game, and learn how to win as a team. Otherwise once you climb, youll just fall.

Bro , sometimes you play 1v9 to be honest - so the team is not always an option
Maybe there is discord servers where you can find Duo and communicate all the time instead of playing with random guys who don't know what they are doing .. just saying :/
