For cameras, iPhone will always lead because they just have amazing camera lenses.
For design, I'll go with iPhone again but this is a personal choice so it doesn't count.
For processor power, Samsung is better.
For flexibility, definitely Samsung since it is Android and you can basically do anything with Android phones without limitation.
