Best WindSharp settings?

I wanna know what are the best settings for WindSharp.
since i just die when i go in to fight
it doesn't like.. cast ult as samira, doesn't cast w as samira too.
idk. i turned on Use R and use W in Combo settings too but it doesnt do anything still.

I'm also having problems with WindSharp, I didn't think it was that good ... I have to play without initially, and only active when I'm strong, if I'm weak or no use ... only if it's an EZ with Gauntlet.
