Windows search box not working
In Windows Settings, select Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Under Find and fix other problems, select Search and Indexing. Run the troubleshooter and select any problems that apply. Windows will try to detect and solve them.

Restart the Windows Search Service throught Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. You'll see the Services console pop up. Look for a service called Windows Search and double-click on it this will launch the service's Properties window. Click on the Stop button. Once the service stops, click on the Start button.
