Here's the solution that worked for me

1.RIght click on desktop and go to personalise
2. Under the Aero themes section, select windows 7 theme.

That should work for you because that is how I fixed it

Please make sure all these things are done before trying to load any cheats:
1. Disable your Anti-Virus & Windows Defender.
2. Make sure your latest windows version is 1909.
3. Make sure you're using the latest loader that can be found here [
