if you buy used laptop you can get a heavy gaming laptop in this price instead of buying new and the new one won't be that good in this price as compared to used one.
but make sure to get intel and nvidia instead of amd and ati.

For a gaming laptop it isnt much money i would work for to 1900 dollars and to buy an very goog gaming laptop. Myself i bought with my own earned money it was to the end 1900 dollars and i bought with the money before 3 years a laptop with a i7 and a geforce gtx 1070.
