Budget Spec for Streaming, overall rating using AMD for effort-able cost. But before choose it you must think about Software that will you use.
Which Software will performer better using AMD.
For my experience better save more money be patient and choose NVidia. More flexible and more compatible for max performance on software, include more variant software to use.
AMD to much manual settings not user friendly. Need to upgrade their AUTO detect process for max performance.

dont use 16 ram... only use 8GB is enough

8gb ram to play and stream game, nah i don't think so. and 16gb ram dual channel (8x2) is better than 8gb single channel (8x1) or 8gb dual channel (4x2)
