in most cases, the runes suggested by Riot itself are already correct, because they are the most used runes for the champ.
For the item build you always have to improvise, the core items you build always stay the same, but for example you have to change your build when you play as ADC against 3 tanks.

Yeah, I think when they implemented the new suggested runes, it was a good decision... But for the items, I don't really like their suggestions.

Third party softwares for that is a really good choice to get better champions setups.

Create build for zed. Usually the mythical item for me is a matter of taste, for example I like draktar because I like to be invisible when I kill someone. with that I use conqueror, to have Cdr and have the damage that I lose because the mythical item only gives cdr in his passive.

I usually use the porofessor but I believe that it is not always the ideal build, in a way the best thing is to always test it in game and see with the possibilities what fits best, just the time to test it I think
