you can get 40-65 fps but if you do fps boost, you will reach about 100 fps

You can play CSGO with low settings running on 100 fps. But Valorant you will need some parts upgrades.

Try tweaking your windows and nvidia settings. Yours is a low end graphics card. So i wont advice you to play on higher graphics. Ofcourse there is no problem with running csgo and valorant. 40 to 50 FPS for tweaked settings.
