When you have completed 300 messages you can use them immediately as soon as you become a prime member.

Prime member, in order to reach that you need to have 300+ messages and a 7 day active member.

not yet friend ... you have to reach 300 messages + 7 active days in the forum

Not really, you need to be a premium member. That means you should have at least 300 messages on your account
