Can League of Legends hack reset the settings?

Of course it is possible to reset. Just head to your C drive and then to the folder "BogaRipper/config". Delete the file "AutoLoLs.ini" and when you load the hack again, it will download a new file with the default settings. The hack doesn't work now though due to the recent update from LOL.
I strongly suggest that when the new file downloads, make a copy of the new "AutoLoLs.ini" and store it somehwere so that when you want to reset the settings you just locate where you stored the duplicate and replace the one in the hack folder with it . No need for redownload in this case.
