My configuration are:

1. i5 9th gen

2. 8 gb RAM

3. Geforce GTX 1650

4. Windows 10

So, basically what I have experienced is that you can run the PUBG PC on the above mentioned specs but you will face lagging . You will realize that heavy work is being put on RAM . But the game is playable but not that smoothly as shown by the STREAMER’S on Youtube.

I strongly recommend you to go for at-least 16GB of RAM to have a smooth gaming experience.

For PUBG MOBILE using tencent emulator it is more than enough.

Yes, but for better performance, I recommend 2x4GB to run on dual channel. This will increase the FPS issue. I would recommend 2666MHz DDR4 memories.
Now if it is to run heavier games like Shadow of The Tomb Raider, I prefer 16GB. Not that I'm going to use all of that, but it's to take a break from using memory. But 8GB for PUBG will already serve you well. Remembering that it would be good to think about a video card, and I would recommend going from RX 580 onwards.
