It really depends, there's no champion that goes all lanes other than Master Yi, look at the difficulty on every champion you find intresting and their abilities and try them out in practice.

depends - if you are a mechanical god go ADC or Mid else either top or support. Meta champs are more playable so refer to tierlists or just play what you enjoy
