Technically it could be removed lol but they are very agaisnt doing htat kind of stuff

if your account has been permanently banned. no more solutions. but if you want to solve HWID ban problem, you can try spoofer or other methods manually
I've heard of services that help people get accounts unbanned on val,league etc for cheating so it must be possible, u might need good SE tho to make it happen. In terms of hwid ban u might need hwid spoofer to get rid of it.

Unfortunately not, use a spoofer to modify your HWID and prevent banning on future accounts.

yes, i removed mine but after 3 months try to talk to them and they will unban you

you probably took a "shadow ban" even without a hack you will be banned, if you have never used a hack in valorant, you played with someone who was, and someone opened a ticket against you, thus making you get banned
