That is strange i get around 100 FPS on a much lower Card, do you run other programs while using?

while using the cheat use directx..its better

Use open gl rendering instead of direct x if u have a low end pc

OpenGL+ = Good GPU + Medium CPU

ram 4GB it's too low bro, You choose to upgrade ram to 8-16GB it helps you to upgrade the FPS

you have to set everythink on your CPU aswell there is actually an instruction for boot cpu setting or watch youtube it herlps alot
