Cannot active LazySharp with Confirmed Member status

Hi, i just got Confirmed Member status 10 minutes ago
But when I go to the UI website its keep saying that im not qualified to use LazySharp
Please halp

Edit: After 10 more minutes of waiting, the website let me use LazySharp, so please no response!
