Cant Load The cheat .. English plz [ESP ERORR]

idk why this is closed and I all Myer and win defender antivirus and firewall else what should I do [win 7-64]

when i was using windows 7 so the same problem was happen to me when i click yes for the anti ban option but when i click no for the anti ban option so the hack was fine and esp was working perfectly, but know in windows 10 64bit the anti ban option is working fine and i can use hack with anti ban and no esp problem.
