What language cheat "Coder" used to create cheat?

Does the language I need to learn depend on what game I want to create the cheat for?

is it the same language they used to bypass "Anti-cheat"?

if their another language to bypass anti-cheat, what is it?

if I learn all languages that cheat "Coder" use, is it easy to bypass and create a cheat?

Almost all of the cheats are coded with C / C# or C++
P.S.: You can also use python but it's very limited. People usually only use it for external cheats like pixel searching / color detecting / triggerbot
