Antivirus probably blocked the file saying the loader is malicious have you not read how to use the loader
yeah or u can use Defender control to completly disable win defender , if that helps, worth a try xD

1- Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat close them all.
2- Install this two programs down below

3- Clear %temp% , temp and prefetch folders.
