What your need

1. Process Explorer
2. Cheat Engine [ver 7.4 or Newer]

Step by Step to bypass

first thing you need to do is open your game and go in the door do not do anything before you can playing you charactor
and then you just need to Alt+tab out to open process explorer
right click at procexp64 and choose "run as admin"

then at process explorer chose find and then chose "find handle or DLL"

type in the search bar "mhyprot" then click search and wait for a secon

when searching is complete double click at "Genshinimp..." it going to lead you at the hadles name "\Device\mhyprot2"

whats next is right click at "\Device\mhyprot2" and chose "X Close Handles" and wait for it to disapear

and what after this is to open your Cotton Buds table chose process list and have fun

P.S. this is just a method to bypass mhyprot that prevent you to use Cotton Buds table it is not prevent you to getting ban so use it wisely do not abuse it use with careful

After 3.7, by killing mhyprot2 these are working for me
Hit multiplier
Run speed
Permanent buff
Double attack
Always elemental sight
Auto pickup working(loot range is not)

Nothing else is working

edit: wait how silly of me, just change your system date and time and it will still work.
