Yeah i had the same issue but turn off Antivirus works for me because sometim antivirus keep turning on and you dont even see also make sure to wait a lil bit and press F5?

install driver
try to turn off secure boot on bios,and download latest visual c++ packages and direct X packages,maybe it will help
