there are two ways to clean the pc
join the lost or temporary files
other viruses can only be removed with antivirus program

There Is only much option you can choose for it..

First : - Reinstall again windows

Second : if you do not want to reinstall windows then..

Copy your main official data in other usb hard disk.. or format pc hard disk other volumes .. after format other parts..

go to control penal and uninstall all program and everything even drivers

now open %temp% and delete all files and open C: drive and delete all folders .. do not delete User folder and windows folder

now last step.. Make other user in your window and delete last one..

all done now your Pc again fresh

Best option as mentioned above is to reinstall widnows while formatting the partition on your hdd/ssd you'll use to install the os.
