First: - Reinstall again windows

Copy your main official data in other usb hard disk .. or format pc hard disk other volumes .. after format other parts ..
go to control penal and uninstall all program and everything even drivers
now open% temp% and delete all files and open C: drive and delete all folders .. do not delete User folder and windows folder
now last step .. Make other user in your window and delete last one ..
all done now your Pc again fresh

and more cleans appdata which is not in your use .. And delete unwanted apps and files.. note dont delete any window file . Clean up your hard disk from his properties
