I've never encountered FPS issues with the hack, About the Aphelios config though... I really don't know about that.
what would be the configuration of your computer?

If you had fps issue. I strongly recommended use another champion.

The problem is because the draws in script turn the game less smooth. SO you can turn it off, press F7;
Go on bots and create your own

He is talking about aphelios config in the script not the config of the computer guys
