well my PC started to heat up but it was the thermal paste I just changed it and everything was normal again I noticed a little the percentage of the CPU going up but soon the boss temperature returned changing the thermal paste
is it not the high temperature of your CPU also thought about it?

En pratik yolu cpu tam dolduran uygulama nedir, ondan yola çıkmak. Onun haricinden iyi bir virüs programıyla sistemi taratmalısın. Anlık fps düşüşü sıcaklıklardan da kaynaklanabilir.Msı afterburnerla özellikle oyunda iken sıcaklıkları kontrol etmelisin.

in normal mode u'r cpu must use only for interface aplications , must use 40%-->50%
but in gaming mode or editing or launch strong.app must consume more than 60% to 90% from his power ,so becarfule do not renforce it
