Depends on what price range u r looking for, AMD FX-8350 is not the latest cutting edge tech but it does an amazing job for it's price.
Especially if you get it 2nd hand.

try to buy a cheap graphic for when prices drop you buy a better one but if you want to buy one the rtx 3060 is at a good price in my opinion

Off course you should choose 5600X. My friend's has this proccesor and few days ago I did overclook his PC. At the moment his processor is working in 4.7Ghz 1.2Voltage. This is impressive for AMD. Also he has Silverstone PF240 liquid cooler. It working in 60 degree under the stress.
