it all depends on how you design it and how you put bots in your discord you can chck google for bots and other stuff like how do a bot operates

just make sure admins is people you know, and give rest members the option to move others from channel to channel, helps a lot when squading
if someone abuses that, you can see it at the audit log

Setup discord bots in your server. Google and you will find a lot of them. Pick the ones you need.
Get good moderators/admins, ask some friends.
