creating new thread error

I got an error msg for creating a new thread(1st time was ok, but it was the 2nd time I got the issue).
We only can post 1 thread per day or... plz can someone help me

Its how its there standing you can post there only 1 thread per day i think it was coming new

I think once you posted something you will get a countdown timer and indicator on your side telling you how much long you can post again, This is so that people won't spam creating threads and stuff related to that.
