that means it is deleted for your own security so that other antivirus software and as well as other anti-cheat software couldn't find it after you use it. Its for our own safety and its not an error. You can play it safely after that. That what happens in pubg too. MH loader deleted itself after its loaded.

@xumiart You need to use crossfire x64 , not x86. Thats why it is not injecting
