If you play like you don't hack, don't looks through walls, don't prefire insane spots you should be safe. Keep using your headphones if you hear them coming and see them through the wall prefire leg/lower chest never the head. Use your peripheral vision to watch people through walls and don't forget to give the enemy your back. Don't only go after people with their back to you, that's very obvious. Don't always "know." play dumb sometimes and you will climb.
