so if anyone have same problem with me can you help me? im getting this error

i already try reinstall the game. my graphic driver is uptodate still no luck.
i even search google no help.

Then it sounds like the windows updates are not happy with the hardware in your PC and causing stuff to crash. Only way to really help that is uninstall a bunch of the windows updates, or reinstall windows again and DON'T install the updates.
Also... you can try:
1. verify integrity of game files
1. delete local content (csgo)
2. delete all my cs go files off my c drive.
3. reinstall cs go
4. update my 980 video card drivers
5. delete my user profile and recreate a fresh one.
6. run a disk check

Try to verify integrity of game files, delete any costume maps and try again and update framework

well i guess you need to delete it from the regedit than trying installing it again
