Just farm it out tbh, freeze lane near your turret and bring ghost to run him down when your jungler come. A good yorick will just have proper spacing then spam E and out poke you in lane. U can try to bring ignite and all in at low level and snowball from that since you win lv 3, you can win the trade if u can E him first. Go for objectives and team fight because you're more useful in team fight than him, yorick only have split push going for him.
