Do not run this unless you trust your friend very much or have done some reversing on your end. or you could just open it in a hypervisor/vm. most bloodpoint/stat editors out there require calls to the internet which may seem sus to virus total, so just based off of virus total i couldnt tell you 100%, but you should def do some reversing on your own
