bot as in the accounts were made by a program that levels the accounts to 30 and are usually sold, at least thats how it normally goes.
any botted accounts are being banned no matter what age right now, as for scripts they are the same ban rate which only relies on when you get reported by other players for being too obvious.
I only use cracked accounts so I don't have to worry about it
but some people have moral ties and I personally don't give a shit lol
