here it is showing using local version of cheat means when you first time applied the cheat it is stored on your temporary files folder and thats why it is now only checking for plugin update
if you want the loader to work in the way like it worked first time when you applied cheat so you have to clear your temp folder everytime you closes the cheat and game in order to do so open run and type %temp% and delete all files permanently. it will not harm your system
